The quilt behind the podium was a community-wide art project, involving numerous church and neighborhood groups – designing / quilting pieces to honor the history and the future of The Lyric Theatre.  Some fabrics were from actual clothes worn during the years of the original theatre [1948-1963] or other fabrics dating from that period.
